I've been wanting to start blogging again. You can check out my previous blog, www.nowjusthappend.blogspot.com, if you want to see my old thoughts. They are old to me, but I imagine there's some decent nuggets in there. But, today is about new thoughts. New ideas. New tips I've learned or challenges that I'm facing or have faced as a leader.
Due to the business of being a willing leader, I struggle to write consistently. Also, I will never claim to be the world's best writer. But, I do believe I have a voice and some experiences that may help others live the life they have always dreamed. Then again, so do you. I truly believe that there are so many people who want to make a difference, but struggle to know how. And there are people who have busted their lip and their heart to do so who have learned the hard way how to lead and lead well. So, please share your voice.
Some of my experience comes from being put into positions way above my level of experience. Maybe that's you. Some of my experience has come from being the most experienced person in the room and having to lead people from here to there. Maybe that's you. Some experience has come from being asked to lead people 15-20 years older than me. Maybe that's you. Some has come from working with older organizations who are now striving to catch up and see their influence come back to days gone by. Maybe that's you. Wherever you or at or wherever I am at, let's make it a journey. I'll share what I've learned and you share what you've learned. Let's push each other to better!
With that, this blog site is dedicated to those who desire to lead. It doesn't mean we have it all figured out or that we always knocking it out of the park, but it simply means we are willing to make the world better through our ideas, creativity, influence, and leadership.
